I was miss selled from the Bentley Dealership. They told me there will be no change to the current GT models for the next 3-4 yrs. I paid over $350,000 for an old model which a mjor facelift is coming in 2018. Unethical and unproffesional! Real shame on u Bentley Motors. My case is hanging and no one wants to resolve my issue. 0/10 Customer Service

My sister is leasing a 2016 Bentley and the service was horrible still waiting on a plate for car we had to drive to pick up another paper tag had to drive with expired tag the money spent on this car should give better service and train the sales men to be attentive with someone spending $$$$$ very poor service I've gotten better service at a buy here pay here car lot
